Making a claim for refund

First of all, you need to prepare documents: a check, a receipt for payment - everything that confirms the fact of payment for the contractor's services. These documents will come in handy to support the claim you need to draw up. Send your claim to the official mail of the scientific journal, which is indicated in the "Contacts" section. As soon as possible, our responsible specialist will contact you and answer your claim.

Terms of refund and waiting time for response from the contractor

After the delivery of the claim to the contractor, 10 working days are given for response and refund. This rule is enshrined in Article 31 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Please note that when sending a claim by registered mail, the period is calculated not from the moment of sending a letter, but from the moment of its delivery to the addressee.
