ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN FORMING THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The relevance of inventions of digital technologies for formation of the digital economy increases every year.
Creation of new economy of data and mechanisms of their transformation is very important for generating the
productive programs of the offer of products both for the current period, and in strategic prospect. During the
conducted research the invention was created: "System for implementation of a way of matrix-digital transforming
a variable plurality of data". The essence, novelty and importance of the invention for increase in speed, accuracy
of data processing and for generating more reliable and productive data are investigated in the article. The invented
system and way implement the matrix-digital mechanism of data transformation by means of, firstly, of structural
elements of the System, their software and network of communication links between us for receiving and data
transmission, and secondly, implementation by these servers of different stages of a way which are presented in
the form of digital models of the list of the sequences of their steps and operations. The created invention increases
the usefulness from programs of the offer of products, opens the horizons for new inventions in economy for the
best satisfaction of public needs.
