ANTI-CORRUPTION STABILITY OF PERSONNEL AND MEASURES TO PREVENT CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN THE PERFORMANCE OF OFFICIAL DUTIES BY EMPLOYEES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES
Abstract
The article deals with the problems of formation of skills of anti-corruption stability of personnel and
measures to prevent conflicts of interest in the performance of official duties by employees of internal affairs
bodies. The author, based on the study of scientific and other open-access publications, materials of judicial and
investigative practice, statistical data, as well as a survey of respondents from among the employees of internal
affairs bodies, formulated conclusions and proposals for optimizing the existing model of early prevention of
corruption, taking into account modern realities
