Abstract

The distinctive features of the requirements for conducting a preliminary investigation in criminal cases in
relation to juvenile suspects, accused are considered. The grounds and conditions for a specific approach to the
choice of investigation methods are explored. The requirements for the organization of the investigation and certain
aspects of the conduct of certain investigative measures are disclosed
