Abstract

The article considers the concept of economic crimes in the field of agriculture, examines the main types of
economic crimes and their causes. The subjects responsible for the prevention and detection of economic crimes
in the agricultural sector are identified, as well as the main reasons for the low effectiveness of the prevention and
detection of economic crimes are identified.
