«PROBLEMS OF QUALIFICATION OF CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY»
Abstract
This article is devoted to modern problems of qualification in the investigation of criminal acts in the sphere
of economy. The organization of counteraction to crime in the economic sphere is currently not effective enough,
which is explained by the imperfection of the current legislation and the existing system of detection, investigation,
and trial of criminal cases of this category, as well as difficulties in distinguishing from related phenomena and in
proving the criminalistic aspects of economic crime and its individual circumstances.
