DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION STRATEGIES OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE IN THE CONTEXT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF A BUSINESS SUBJECT
Abstract
The article considers the methodology for the development and implementation of the investment and
innovation strategy of an industrial enterprise, which involves the implementation of a sequence of interrelated
stages. The implementation of the proposed stages of the implementation of the investment and innovation strategy
of an industrial enterprise will create the necessary conditions for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial
enterprise in the long term, taking into account potential changes in the situation in the future and the formation of
the ability to foresee them in the current conditions of the country's economic development, will ensure an increase
in the efficiency of production and economic activity, a decrease in unit costs for the production and sale of
products, improving the financial results of the company, which will ultimately increase its innovativeness
