ON THE ISSUE OF THE PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF REMOTE LABOR RELATIONS WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF A FOREIGN ELEMENT
Abstract
This scientific article discusses topical issues related to the conflict-of-laws regulation of labor relations
complicated by a foreign element. The article analyzes the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, as well as
international agreements of Russia in the field of labor relations in the context of regulation of international labor
relations. The problems and gaps in the Russian labor legislation related to the regulation of remote labor relations
with the participation of a foreign element are considered separately
