COMPUTERIZATION OF THE COURTS OF GENERAL JURISDICTION AND THE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT
Abstract
The process of computerization takes place in almost all spheres of human activity. The development of the computerization of the judicial system is no exception. The computerization process is one of the main areas of judicial reform in the Russian Federation. The informatization of courts of general jurisdiction is aimed at improving the information available to judges, as well as access to information on the activities of courts, which in turn is open justice.
