DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS WHEN STUDYING THE SUBJECT OF CRIME
Abstract
The authors, In the article, on the basis of a theoretical consideration of the subject of a crime, are studying the personality of the criminal, determining the mechanism of the emergence of criminal thought, knowledge of the general laws of crime, as well as an in-depth study of the personality of the criminal, concluded that each of the concepts has its own characteristics and meaning, and, commenting on them, define the identity of the offender, that is, the concept of the identity of the offender. The volume of these questions is determined by the characteristics of the subject of a criminal offense, and its solution especially depends on a thorough study of the personality of the offender.
