ON THE QUESTION OF WAYS OF RESTRICTING HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS
Abstract
The question of the forms of restriction of fundamental human and civil rights and freedoms in the Russian Federation is considered. Two main forms of restrictions are distinguished, methods of their establishment are analyzed, taking into account the current legislation, it is proposed to consider the existing forms of possible restrictions as interrelated.
