FEATURES AND FACTORS AFFECTING THE FUNCTIONING OF THE SECURITIES MARKET
Abstract
This article provides an assessment of the securities market in Tajikistan, which is characterized as being in its infancy. As arguments, it is given that: - insufficient participation of the population in it; - lack of information about the functioning of the securities market; - low qualifications of employees of the securities market; - the inability of large enterprises to issue securities; - low financial literacy among economic entities. Also suggested are ways to improve the full and effective functioning of the securities market in Tajikistan in modern conditions
