INSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR MANAGING EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL
Abstract
The article deals with the problems of the transition of education from the traditional form to distance education in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the problems that have manifested themselves, the Program of support and development of human resources "Digital technologies in municipal education management" for 2022-2026 is proposed. Its implementation will save money and allow staff to improve their professional level within the educational organization at the municipal level
