Abstract

This article discusses in detail the main methods for assessing the town-planning value of the territory: the method of expert assessment of the territory; method; analogous method of complex assessment of the territory based on factors; a method for assessing the urban planning value of territories by one dominant factor. The analysis of the pros and cons of the method for assessing the urban planning value of the territory is carried out. Highlighted and substantiated effective and ineffective methods of assessment.
