COMPREHENSIVE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING: PRINCIPLES AND FEATURES
Abstract
The housing stock in the Russian Federation now has a high degree of physical and moral deterioration, which requires a comprehensive reconstruction of the existing buildings. To fulfill the interests of the main participants in the process under consideration, this article presents an organizational mechanism for the complex reconstruction of the existing development.
